Interior design of an apartment in Iris Park

The project for this apartment in the Banishora district began with trust—a young family with a small child approached us to turn their new residence into a complete home, tailored to their lifestyle and future needs.

During our very first meeting, we analyzed the layout provided by the developer and identified several key functional challenges: a lack of convenient entryway space, a limited kitchen, and insufficient storage areas. Through careful remodeling and precise planning, we managed to improve the logic of the dwelling and achieve a more balanced and comfortable living environment.

In the next stage, we moved on to developing the interior concept. The brief was clear yet open to interpretation—incorporating the family’s favorite green color and creating a fairytale children’s room. This allowed us to build an interior with character, as well as long-term value.

We selected a complex, rich green “avocado” shade, which we utilized both as a primary color for the furniture and as an accent on key walls. We combined it with warm wood textures, marble-effect porcelain tiles, decorative wall moldings, and subtle gold accents in the lighting. In this way, we achieved a contemporary interior with a classic feel, depth, and meticulous attention to detail. In the bathroom, we used embossed green tiles combined with classic marble and black accents to create an elegant and modern space.

We paid special attention to the children’s room, which we transformed into a multifunctional and fairytale-like space for a four-year-old girl. We designed clearly defined zones for play, sleep, and development. Above the bed, we created a second level accessible via a stepped bookcase positioned in front of a picturesque wallpaper. We maximized the play area in front of the windows and integrated a desk in one corner that can adapt and evolve over time.

The result is a harmonious contemporary interior with surprising moments—a space that reflects the family’s individuality and offers functionality, comfort, and emotion in everyday life.
