These terms and conditions govern the conditions for using https://archilab.bg/, hereinafter referred to as “the Website” for brevity.

  1. Intellectual Property

They are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act and any use of content from the Website without the Operator’s consent is a violation of the law, which may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.
  1. In case of copying or reproducing information beyond what is permitted, as well as any other violation of intellectual property rights over the Operator’s resources, the Operator has the right to claim compensation for the direct and indirect damages suffered in full.
  1. Limitation of Liability

For all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria apply.
