1. Architectural Survey

Includes taking all necessary measurements of the spaces under consideration, along with their architectural and structural features, as well as utility outlets.

Based on the measurements taken, drawings and a basic three-dimensional model are prepared, serving as the foundation for the future project.

1. Conceptual (Sketch Design)

Aims to form specific requirements according to the client's preferences and views on functional organization and space vision (preferred style, materials, colors, etc.).

Based on the formed brief, sketch functional designs are prepared, complying with design standards and the creative vision of the architect-designer.

An approximate implementation budget is discussed.

This phase aims to orient the designer to the client's preliminary desires and vision for the future project's appearance and atmosphere.

1. After the client's selection (in dialogue with the architect) of a functional variant from Phase-2, we prepare a preliminary design containing necessary drawings and photorealistic visualizations of each room, clearly showing the entire interior design: style, materials, lighting, furniture, etc.

1. Working Project

After selecting a specific preliminary design, the architect-designer prepares working architectural drawings necessary for project implementation:

-demolition of existing and construction of new walls

- working drawings for the implementation of movable and fixed furniture,

- Flooring / soffit plan

- Wall elevations

- Installation schemes for electrical, plumbing, etc., indicating all existing and newly planned outlets for switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, sanitary equipment, and more.

-Development of specific details ensuring quality project implementation.

- Quantity survey for finishing works, based on which implementation offers are collected.

1. Budgeting

The phase includes collecting specific price offers for project implementation, materials used (flooring, paints, lighting, etc.) and custom furniture manufacturing.

1. Author's Supervision

Aims to ensure accuracy and quality in implementing the prepared and approved project.

Author's supervision includes

- selection of specific materials, textiles, and colors according to the approved project vision;

-construction site visits and operational meetings with contractors for all parts;

-timely resolution of issues arising during implementation.

Author's supervision is one of the main phases in the entire process. It ensures the final result maximally corresponds to the project design vision.
